We are six experienced mortgage & protection brokers based in sunny Bristol.
Our origin stories are varied; retail banks, estate agents and brokerages but came together at Which? Mortgage Advisers. We all shared a similar viewpoint - to give people the best impartial advice.
Giving the best advice is straightforward once you know the customer. The harder part is making sure things are done right first time. Customers want to have one person they can speak to throughout the process, and if a problem arises you can go directly to that person who can resolve this for you!
Some people may just want some reassurance, who doesn't. Maybe you want sincere, simple, answers that your bank is not able to help with. Or you could just be a very busy person, your time is important and you would prefer to spend that doing what you like, not what you need to do.

I started working in the mortgage industry at Connells Estate Agents in 2010 providing mortgage and protection advice dealing mainly with purchases and a lot of first time buyers. I moved to Which? in 2012 and in my 7 years there I offered whole of market advice and have dealt with all types of mortgages
Out side of the office:
Apart from hanging out with my three kids, I am a keen runner and recently completed Paris and London marathons

I have been advising on mortgages and protection since 2007 where I worked in a large brokerage for 4 years before switching to a retail bank. In 2013 I joined Which? as I wanted to offer advice that would be the best for the client. Now, with IMA I will also be able to offer the best customer service for the client

I am a season ticket holder for Bristol Rugby and I am kept on my toes by my daughter

I began working as a mortgage and protection adviser for one of the largest whole of market brokers in the UK and in 2013 moved to Which? Mortgage Advisers where I worked as a Principal Mortgage Adviser until 2019 when myself and the rest of the team left to set up Ideal Mortgage Advisers. Having worked with the rest of the team at a company with one of the best reputations in the industry this will enable us to provide our customers with the level of attention and expertise they deserve.
Outside of the office:
I like to and travel a lot throughout Europe and elsewhere. I also like to play sports regularly with football, tennis and golf my preferred pastimes irrespective of my varying ability.

A long suffering Southampton fan I also recently completed the Inca Trail at Machu Picchu.

When i'm not working I like to stay active and be outside as much as possible. I also follow, when I can, my home town rugby club of bath
