Yes - you can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving unless absolutely necessary.
Mortgage lenders have been increasing the amount of valuations that can be done remotely. This means that when you buy a new home there is a chance it will not be visited by a valuer. People often like to get the opinion of a third party regarding the property value/standard.
